1v-22v; Title from fol.I; Colophon dated 29 R 1171 (10 January 1758); Contains some added notes about hadj (23r-23v), Üsküdar`dan Şam-ı Şerif`e varınca olan menazil beyanındadır (25v).

Script: Naskh script, black ink with headers, dots (durak) and overlinings in red, some Arabic prayers vocalized.
