1v-175v; This is an abridgment of the Hümayunname by Abdülvasi Alisi (d. 1543); Title and the name of the author Osmanzade Efendi from fol.1v; This work written in 1117 (1705); Colophon dated 1 Muharrem 1212 (26 June 1797); It is stated on fol.4v, the book dedicated to Sultan Ahmed III (1673-1736).
Fol.1r: An interesting note concerning the introduction of coffee and tobacco in İstanbul: ``Zuhur-ı kahve der Rum ve İstanbul sene 962 (1555); Zuhur-ı duhan be-dest-i İngiliz sene 1009 (1601)``.

Script: Riqa script, black ink with headers, overlinings and dots (durak) in red.
