A certificate of ijazah in tafsir and hadith, given to Mehmet Necati Gönül (father of Behçet Necatigil).
Fol.1r, 9v-10r: Lesson names, with stamps of the Şeyhülislam Mustafa Sabri Efendi (1869-1954) and scholars who endorsed the certificate; Ottoman Turkish; Two official documents (şukka), in different sizes, written about Mehmed Necati Gönül.
Layout: Written in 13 lines per page, one column.
Script: Calligraphic naskh scrip; some sections written in Nastaliq; black ink with headers and some phrases in red.
