1v-51v; Title supplied by cataloguer; Name of the author from fol.51v; Colophon dated 6 Şaban 1188 (12 October 1774), signed by Abdurrahim Rahmi İbn el-Hac Mustafa Efendi Erzurumi.
Layout: Written in 23 lines per page, two columns in gold and black borders.
Script: Nastaliq script, black ink.
Decoration: Illuminated unwans with gold and color (fol.1v, 16v); gold borders; ``koltuk`` decoration with gold (fol. 16v).
Binding: A special feature of this manuscipt is its brown leather binding; Decorated with a picture of a derwish sitting under a tree; There are also a book, a kashkul, a deer, a deer, two monkeys, several birds and a bird nest; The binding is in excellent condition.
A few repairs and stains, not effecting the text; Due to oxydization of the gold borders, the paper has split in places.
A few marginal notes; Marginal note removed on fol.31r; 1r: Fevaid: Persian verse by Fazıl (Eşrefoğlu Rumi’nin istihracı).
With watermark. Catchwords present.
