1v-38r; Title and the name of the author Şahidi-i Mevlevi Muğlavi from fol.4v; The book written in 920 (1514); Undated; Colophon signed by Hüsni Mustafa Çelebi ser hakkakin-i hassa; It is stated on fol.37v-38r, the book dedicated to Hace Sultan Muhammed (probably author's sheikh Divane Mehmed Çelebi).
Marginal notes contains added entries; Table of abdjad on fol.37v.
Layout: Written in 13 lines per page, three-four columns in gold and black borders.
Script: Calligraphic naskh script, black ink with headers in red, fully vocalized.
Decoration: Simple, polychrome illuminated unwan with gold; gold and black borders.
Binding: Brown leather binding; flap missing; Decorated with gold shamsa, köşebent (cornerpiece) design and borders; A few wormholes; Restorated in 2012.
Repairs and stains, but a good copy.
With watermark; Catchwords present.
