MİLLİ BAYRAK (1935-1942)

Milli Bayrak was published by Muhammed Ayaz İshaki Idilli (1878-1954) in order to protect the national unity and culture of the Tatar immigrants, to help them solve their national and political problems, to support the Turkish-Tatar national movement and to unite the Turkish-speaking immigrants who emigrated from Russia. The newspaper, which started its publication life in Mukden, Manchuria in 1935, was initially published once a week, then once a month and three times a month. 400 issues were published between 1935 and 1945. The collection of Milli Bayrak donated to IRCICA by Prof. Nadir Devlet.
