1v-306r; Title from fol.3r; Other title al-Shifa from fol.1r; Name of the author el-Qadi al-Hafiz Abu al-Fadl Iyad b. Musa Ibn Iyad al-Yahsubi al-Maliki from fol.1v; Colophon dated 20 Ramazan '75 (23 April 1859?), signed by Halil el-Şevki kayyım der cami-i Süleymaniye min tilamiz-i İbrahim Sıdki.

Layout: Written in 19 lines per page, one column in double red borders.
Script: Calligraphic naskh script, black ink with headers, overlinings and some phrases in red.
Decoration: Simple illuminated unwan with gold; gold and black borders, dots (durak) with gold (fol.1v-2r).
Binding: Green leather binding with flap, decorated with gold borders.
A few repairs, stains and tears, not effecting the text, an elegant copy.
