Yusuf from fol. 2r; Colophon on 212v dated cuma-i evvel, Zilhicce 995 (6 November 1587), signed by Muharrem İbn-i Hüdaverdi; The book written in 950 (1543); It is stated on fol.2r that the book is a loose translation of the Umda al-Islam by Mevlana Abdülaziz b. Farisi.
Marginal notes. Arabic prayer and a stamp on fol.1r; Waqf note on fol.1v; A note of "remil" attributed to Hz. Ali on fol.213r; Vird-i Ebussud Efendi on fol.213r; Hadith texts on fol.213v.
Layout: Written in 25 lines per page, one column.
Script: Naskh script, black ink with headers, overlinings and some phrases in red.
Binding: In 19th century binding with leather spine, flap missing.
Stains, tears and repairs, but a good copy; Leaf 40 bound in the wrong order; One third of fol.41 is missing.
