1v-105v; Title and the name of the author from fol.1v; Other title "Arşi divanı" from the bottom edge; Colophon on 105v dated 2 Muharram 1269 (16 October 1852), signed by el-Seyyid Hafız Ahmed Tevfik min bende-i al-i aba bi-tarik-i el-hac; Another colophon on fol. 76v, undated.
A few marginal notes; There are two added leaves (şukka) bearing court-issued documents (hüccet).
Layout: Written in 19 lines per page, two columns in column red borders; Fol. 1v-2r in a gold and black borders.
Script: Riqa script, black ink with headers and some phrases in red.
Decoration: Simple illuminated unwan with gold (fol.1v), gold and black borders (fol.1v-2r).
Binding: Green paper boards with decorative patterns in relief, added painted decorations in gold, red leather spine.
A few stains and wormholes, but a good copy; Fols.Ir-v, 106r-109v are blank.
