IIr, IIv; The other title ``Minkarizade Yahya Efendi fetavası``, the name of the author, and name of the compilor Mehmed Ataullah from fol. 1v; Colophon dated Şaban el-Muazzam 1117 (1705) signed by Sadık Muhammed İbn Salih el-kadı bi medine-i Seydişehir sabıkan; Place of copying Medine-i Kostantiniye fi Mahalle-i Mesihpaşa; An early copy of Fetava-yı Ataullah; The copy produced during the compiler`s lifetime; Table of contents at the front; Apart from the fatwas of Minkarizade, the collection contains numerious quotes from Hanafite fiqh and other fatwa collections.
A few added notes; Marginal notes; Ownership stamp and notes of el-Hac Abdülkerim b. Şaban el-müfti bi-kaza-i Toyran, dated 1268 (1852).
Layout: Written in 31 lines per page, one column in a red border (fol. 1v-2r in gold and black borders).
Script: Naskh script, black ink with headers, dots (durak) and overlinings in red.
Decoration: Illuminated unwan with gold and color.
Binding: Brown leather binding; decorated with shamsa design and gold border in gold; wormholes, rebacked, edges repaired.
Wormholes, repairs and stains, not effecting the text.
With watermark; Catchwords present.
